Clients are generally responsible for providing their own witnesses. However, if needed, witness coordination may be available for an additional fee of $35 per witness when arranged in advance.
At this time, I conduct all notarial acts in English. To ensure and fulfill New Jersey’s legal requirement that a notary and signer communicate directly, the signer must be able to communicate fluently in English.
